By accessing or using Vendorium.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The Platform

Vendorium.io is a marketplace (“the Platform”) that connects buyers and sellers (“Vendors”) of collectibles, merchandise, and digital goods, operated by DNC / Vendorium (“we,” “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vendorium.io. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Vendor Memberships

Vendor memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) are billed monthly. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months

5. Buying & Selling

  • All sales are final unless the item is materially misrepresented or not delivered
  • Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment
  • Vendorium.io is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we will make reasonable efforts to mediate
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • List counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently obtained items
  • Manipulate pricing or engage in shill bidding
  • Harass other users or platform staff
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Crypto & Wallet Features

  • Connecting a wallet is optional and used solely for platform features
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet errors, or market volatility
  • Crypto-related features are provided as-is with no guarantees

8. Intellectual Property

All Vendorium.io branding, KRYPTOS artwork, and platform content are owned by DNC / Vendorium. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendorium.io and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where DNC / Vendorium operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
