Physical Products (Collectibles, Merch, Apparel)
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- To initiate a return, email returns@vendorium.io with your order number and photos of the item
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Digital Products & NFT Art
- All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered
Trading Cards (Sealed Products)
- Sealed products are final sale, we cannot accept returns on opened packs
- If a sealed product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
Vendor Memberships
- Membership fees are non-refundable
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
